can you feel a Subserosal Fibroid? where does it sit in the abdomen?

It depends upon the size of fibroid. Usually its in millimetre when its difficult to feel.
In case of large subserosal fibroid in the upper part of uterus,it can be felt in the lower abdomen just above the symphysis pubis when urinary bladder is empty.
