Hello and welcome to eHealth forum!

Excess wind or gas can be due to swallowing more air, chemical reactions in digestion, more of sulfites in diet producing hydrogen sulfide gas, inflammatory bowel disorder, food with high sugar content, food allergies, food poisoning, and certain food items (cabbage, raddish, peas beans etc ) produce more amount of gas. Since you also have constipation food allergies and an inflammatory bowel disorder like IBS, Crohn’s or celiac should be thought of. Take a probiotic, avoid above mentioned food items, and take an antacid gel and see if it helps. If it does not help, consult a doctor. Take care!
