I have no pain or tenderness , doctor checked and all, a month ago I got two back to back stomach infections which Were treated with antibiotics after the second treatment I have developed this problem of indigesion , I get hungry though and eat but when I eat large amounts or oily stuff I feel heavy thats it. I have constant acid taste in my mouth , also today in my stool I found this grape like thing , it looked just like a grape and had softer inside like solid coconut oil ! Is it concerning to have something like this in stool ??

The most likely cause is undigested food it could be a grape as long as there is no altered bowel movements or blood in stool then investigations such as colonoscopy may not be required you did not mention your age You may observe these symptoms for now or preferably get a stool routine examination plus ova and parasite examination done in consultation with your doctor
