Abdominal and Lower Back Pain- Aortic Aneurysm?

My father is showing numerous symptoms which would suggest he has an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm. We have had multiple explanations for his back pain from chiropractors, gp's and hospital doctors all saying something different. but nothing that explains his abdominal pain. He vomits occaisionally without warning and has lost alot of weight due to loss of appetite.

Welcome to ehealthforum

He seems to be suffering from intestinal bowel disease and needs clinical examination and investigations as USG scan,Colonscopy to rule out the exact cause.Losing weight and vomitting is not a good symptom and is indicative of some underlying abnormality.
Consider taking a second opinion and visit a Gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation.
