Abdomin strain or intestine issue?

I am having an ache or pain around the area of my lower left abdomin and around to the lower left side of my back. This ache/pain only occurs if I am walking, pushing a shopping cart and such. If I sit down or lay down after a bit the ache will go away. I have no issues with bowl movements and such and have no ache when I get up in the morning or when I sleep. When the ache does occur I do feel a bit naushasus, but my apptite is not effected. What might be causing this pain?

Hello and welcome to E health forum.

The description of the pain indicates that it could be a musculoskeletal pain.

Consultation with a physician might be able to rule out conditions like a abdominal hernia or any other pathologies.

In the mean time application of heat packs and use of a abdominal binders may be of some help.

I hope this helps.
