Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on your symptoms without examining you. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician at the earliest for examination and further evaluation to look for uterine contractions/activity and fetal wellbeing. If uterus is found to be active and having contractions, then you might need to be started on uterine relaxants to continue pregnancy smoothly. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Avoid any heavy work. Avoid having intercourse. Avoid lifting heavy objects and climbing stairs or standing for long periods of time.
Take care.
