One year ago I had a kidney stone and I have still have it no money or insurance so im waiting to see what happens.It was 7 mm at the time, been in hospital twice over it but haven't since..not much pain anymore but it's still there.Any advice?

If it is not symptomatic and you are feeling fine, you need not worry about it.

Proper diet and increased fluid intake should help the stone to reduce in size and even pass out in the urine in due time.
