A painful white bump

hello i have notice a painful white bump(looks like a pimple not ready to be popped) on my areloas, i don't think im pregnant and have never been. do you have anything info to help thanks?

Painful pimple can be a hair follicle infection or a boil. Please do not prick it. Lean with antibacterial solution. Apply antibacterial cream and some heat with a warm cloth. Consult a doctor to rule out underlying breast abscess. Hope this helps. Take care!
