Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the symptoms start in the breast tissue, you should consider getting a thorough evaluation done by a gynecologist. Mammogram and tumor marker tests might be needed to rule out chances of breast cancer. Careful examination done would also help to rule out breast lump/fibroadenoma etc. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigation results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
