Given the data you reported (feeling sad, ill, tired, angry, and restless, always not paying attention and hate going out any where, 15 years old) you might be suffering from a mild form of depression. Depression is a condition in which there is a low mood often accompanied with low self-esteem. Lack of will and suicidal thoughts might be present, too.

However, a low mood is quite normal if it is caused by outer stimuli. The problems you have might make you feel down and it is expected. It is often that someone at your age meets a lot of new problems that have to be solved without help from another person. This might lead to a feeling of frustration, helplessness and a low mood. It still does not mean that you are depressive.

In time you will learn to deal with the problems more or less successfully.
You might want to talk with your parents and with a psychiatrist in order to check if the feelings you have are related to depression.
