a medical student.my problem is hand shaking

HELLO DOCTOR!!!
İ am 20 years old and a medical student.my problem is hand shaking i fell myself really weak and sometimes my heart is beating fast.during clinical works i face problem with my hand shaking.looking for a cur.
i tested my blood it was ok just my vitamin B12 is low.
now i am taking vitamin B12 B6 B1 PİLLS AND beta_blockers (propranolol 40mg)tablet.after taking this drugs my weakness gone and my hands are also a bit good but not 100%.My heart still beating fast.
WHAT SHOULD İ DO TO CONTROL MY HAND SHAKING AND HEART BEATİNG?

In your age group there are two common types of tremor : essential tremor and physiological tremor. The first is very rear in a 20 yo without any family history. Physiological tremor may be exaggerated by multiple conditions: anxiety, thyroid disease, electrolyte imbalance, medications and so on. Based on your description you probably have an exaggerated physiological tremor. Propranolol is a good choice for this conditions. If you have significant anxiety than anxiety treatment my help for the tremor even more.
