I have a mass in my kidney. No biopsy yet. Also have microscoic blood in urine now visible blood when urinating.

Hello and thank you for posting your health query on E health Forum.

A history of a mass in kidney, with microscopic hematuria, now progressed into frank hematuria, could be the sign of cancer in the kidney.

You need to do a urinalysis for cytology if not already done, a ultrasound and A CT scan of the abdomen for proper evaluation.

You might consider consulting a Urologist and a oncologist for a physical examination further interventions.
