a faint positive line, repeated a pregnancy test today...

Hi, excatly a month a go on on the 15/08/2013 i had an abortion yesterday on the 14/09/2013 i had some light pink discharge with some light stomach cramps in the morning and i thought i was coming on my period but i didnt and today the excate same thing i have been having unprotected sex i did a pregnancy test 4 days ago and it came out with a faint positive line repeated a pregnancy test today and it came out negative just really need some help with this as im really confused!

Post abortion, periods and ovulation can resume in the next cycle or it may take 2-3 months for ovulation and cycle to settle down into a regular pattern. By now you may either be pregnant or having regular menstruation. Hope this helps. Take care!
