Welcome to ehealthforum.
The only way to not infect your wife and baby is to have pregnancy via artificial insemination (IUI, IVF, ICSI etc). If you are not having outbreaks, you can opt to have intercourse and get her pregnant during her fertile days or time of egg release from ovary. If your wife is not yet infected, then she can have a normal baby (without infection in baby). The chances are that the baby will not be infected.
Post delivery she might need to be on treatment to make sure baby does not get infected via breastmilk etc. However the best and safest way to ensure that both mother and child do not get infected is to go ahead with getting artificial insemination done with your semen (washed sperms, in which only sperms are used, other contents of semen are discarded). These include IUI (intrauterine insemination, IVF (invitro fertilization) and putting the fertilized ovum inside uterus or ICSI (intracytoplasmic insemination). Discuss about these possibilities with her treating gynecologist or infertility specialist.
