SPOKANE—Allergy experts say this fall could be a worse allergy season than normal. Local allergy specialists say they are already seeing more patients than they did over the summer.  Doctors say pollens and mold are major catalysts for fall allergies.Â

The St. Louis region is ranked the ninth sneeziest, sniffliest, most nasally congested area in the country, with allergen-and-mold-clogged skies making seasonal allergies miserable.
