Hiya all, My mum was prescribed Zopiclone several years ago to help her sleep with working nightshifts etc, she was given one 7.5mg per night. Now she is buying them over the internet and is getting through over 300 per month! She has been awful to deal with recently. She has been hostile towards me and has virtually disowned me as her daughter and said some really horrible things to me, but i know its the drugs talking. At one point a few months ago i talked to her about it and at first she got really angry with me, but later admitted that there was a problem and she would cut down etc. That didn`t happen and now i truly fear for her life. She is taking at least 10 in a 24 hour period. She isn`t talking to me at the moment, and will hate me if i do anything behind her back, but i`d rather deal with her hating me than feel resposible for her death because i didn`t do anything. I have 2 sons aged 4 years and 5 months, she has excluded them from her life too and my eldest was very close and doesn`t understand what is happening.
Please help me to help her before its too late.
