Zitz on shaft of penis. Red colored. Hurt to the touch.

Hello I need some help with a question. I have these little zit like things at the end of the shaft of my penis. They also Hurt a little.If I squeze them like a zit on my face they will pop just like a normal zit. I have around 3-5 total. I'm 14. And a virgin. And very.concerned.What are they and how did I get them? And how to get rid of them!? I'm not sexually active by any means. Please help with my question. I'm very worried
