Im a 19 year old male, Ive notbeen very sexual activebecasue every girl tells me or others that i have a small penis. Ive researched it and some say its normal and some say if you have delayed puberty then see a doctor? I get very little erections when i masterbate but when it comes to being sexual activei get nervous and my penis kinda shribbles up? I would say my penis is 2 inches when normal and relaxed and its very skinny accouring to the girls. Ive been to the doctor and when i tell her the problem about things about little erections and small she went out and said for me to remove my clothing and she would check things out. I got really nervous and got an erection before she came back in and I basically chickend out, because at this point my penis looked developed and i thought she might think i was stupid or perverted? I have red hair ,very little pubic hair and no innner thigh hair. I can ejactulate sometimes but some times I shoot a blank.. Am i suffering from delayed puberty?

Is there a history of delayed puberty in your family? Have you talked to anyone in your family about this? Your lack of body hair seems a little concerning...that is another symptom of delayed puberty.

I mean, delayed puberty is a thing you want to get checked it. Sometimes, it's even a symptom of a larger problem. Did doctors ever express concern when you were 13-17 that you weren't developing at pace?

Either way, you need to see a doctor. I understand you may be a bit embarrassed, but just think of what they've probably seen throughout the day. It's okay to feel a bit silly, but just thank god you don't have to try and explain why you have a lightbulb in your bum. Make another appointment, and maybe request a male doctor if you feel a female doctor would hinder your ability to have a full exam.
