Q: 10yr old with nose lump

So overtime, I have noticed my daughter has a lump growing on her nose; it is right about where a person would put their glasses. She does not wear glasses and no it is not a pimple ok any suggestion what it could be?

I have noticed she grinds her teeth at night and once in a blue moon she snores

My problem sound alot like yours. On the left side of my nose, I have this lump that feels just like a hard bone. I don't know if it's a deviated septum or what, but it's been there for as long as I can remember.
