Hello and welcome to e health forum.

The description indicates the possibility of a urinary infection or vaginal yeast infection.

Such infections usually present with fever, vomiting, nausea, abdominal tenderness, lethargy, hematuria, offensive urine, poor feeding, burning while urinating, Vaginal irritation, etc.

Some important factors that can cause urinary infections include - fever, presence of renal abnormality, constipation, enlarged bladder, poor growth, low immune status, etc.

In case, it does not subside, you can consult a pediatrician for ordering a urine and blood check, for proper diagnosis.
