I am a 22 year old male and I am going crazy to figure out what is wrong..I can't get an erection -- AT ALL. It has gotten worse over time. I first started having sex when I was 18, and back then I had trouble getting an erection as well. I started taking tribulus terrestis and horny goat weed, and this helped enough for me to have sex (though the erections were never really too hard). Back then, cialis & viagra worked for me as well.
Fast forward to now...

I get no morning/overnight erection. I can masturbate and even when I ejaculate I barely have an erection. A couple years ago I could still get an erection when watching porn, etc. , it just wouldn't be too strong. Now, it seems like NOTHING works. Viagra/cialis, herbal stuff...they all increase the desire to have sex but barely do anything for an erection!
I have had a few blood tests related to Testosterone & my endocrine system/hormones. Total Test. levels were between 500-725 ng/dl both times and everything else was fine too. The endocrinologist referred me to a Urologist because he had no explanation for me. NOW, the problem is my insurance doesn't cover an impotence/ED diagnosis so I would have to pay $300-$500 just to see the Urologist for the first time. And who knows how much the followup visits would cost. I don't do any drugs and don't drink alcohol. Any ideas on what could be wrong, and what I can do to help? It's killin me!
Oh one other random thing...if I have to pee really bad it seems to make getting an erection easier (though still not nearly a hard enough one)..not sure if that really is related to anything or not.
