First, let me start of by saying if I offend anyone it is not intentional. I am writing a screenplay for a new movie involving a teenage who has schizophrenia and would like to make sure that I have all my facts straight so it is believable and people can relate to my character. I've done a little reading but I figure the best way is to get peoples personal responses of their experiences and knowledge.

Is there an exact word that describes an hallucination, or experience when you have schizophrenia?

With schizophrenia can you have a hallucination, in which you actually do something as oppose to see something?

If so is there a chance you wouldn't remember it?

Is there a drug can take would stop one from having hallucinations?

Could it be possible to develop schizophrenia at an early age but have it kept a secret from you? As in your parents know and medicate you appropriately so you never experience a hallucination?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Extremely eHealthy
I have seen movies and worn headphones to help me get into the 'head' of someone suffering from schizophrenia. It was offered by a pharmaceutical company in a hospital. I don't know if you can, but you might want to contact one and see if you can do it somehow.

Here is a video with good audio but bad video:
