Also, you said your mom was your age when she was pregnant with you, well although she will be upset about it, she will probably be the best person to help you through this because she's been there once.
Any parent is always upset at first, trust me im 18 and 24weeks and 2days pregnant, when i first told my parents back when i was 3 months or so, they were upset, but they let me know they were here for me know matter what.
Talk to your mom.
And take a test too.

Ummm my period is due in two days.. even tho i had sex after my last period in march will i stil have this one or no?

Why wouldn't you?
Your last one was in march, its april now.
Having sex [if protected] doesnt mean you wont get one the following month.
If you had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant.
And would miss your period.

Take the test! I did a First Responce pregnancy test it says on the box that it doesn't have to be first morning urine. I did mine a night three weeks after I concieved about a week before my period and it showed up positive! However, Krystine is right generally its best to do it in the morning HCG (pregnancy hormone is higher in the morning. LOL- thats why I got a double test.

Hi, I just read your profile and you said if your mom finds out she will probably "beat the sh * t out of you". Is this jokingly, or would she honestly be abusive? If she would be, I would find someone else who is an adult to talk to about this.

I would get a test though and try testing before you worry about anything. 2 weeks after the first day of your period is the typical "fertile" time for a woman with a 28 day cycle, so you might be pregnant. If you are, you have many options. Don't let anyone choose for you; you must pick yourself what is best for you.

I cant see her mother being this neglectful towards her though, because she went through this same experience [if she is pregnant]
And yes, although im sure she would not want the same thing for her daughter, i cant see her getting so mad about it, because it happened once to her.
I could just be an exaduration though, because she is young and pregnant.

So i took took tests and they came out a neg but i could barely see the neg sign. it was really light and i started this morning so yea. Oh and i was serious she would make me black and blue and i did find someone to talk to an old teacher who got me the tests and what not. love her. and she happens to be a child dev. teacher.

Honey, just wait a few days before testing again. Your period is just barely late and you stressing about the possibility of being pregnant is only going to delay it further.

After you retest, if you are still concerned, you need to see a doctor.

Then when all is said and done, you need to be on birth control.

I started today! So yea and no the mother thing was not an exageration... She kicked me out of the house for forgetting to do laundry when i cleaned the whole house

Take another test in about a week and talk with the teacher that helped you. Im sorry some people make light of your abusive relationship with your mother. If you get out of this without being pregnant please get educated about sex and protection. Never ever ever have unprotected sex for any reason at your age unless you are 100% sure you want an std or baby because it probably will happen.
If you are able to (I would find a way at any cost) go to the clinic and get BC I would do so asap and they will give you a free pregnancy blood test before prescribing BC. IF you turn out to be pregnant you do have options talk to a counsler at your local clinic and they can help you decide whats right for you. Good luck. Please please get BC and protection or better yet wait for sex guaranteed not to get pregnant that way

I am educated in sex it was just a one time night wit a really good friend of mine. It was 100% unplanned... I took several classes on child dev and i am a preschool teacher at the moment for school. As soon as i get the money i am going to take another test

Tests are free at family planning clinics. They also sell them at the dollar store for $1.

It doesn't sound as if you are pregnant to me. It sounds like you are worried about being pregnant. Go visit planned parenthood and get a pregnancy test. They also have free birth control.

I understand the unplanned part and even if it is a good friend you can still get pregnant. Thats where self control comes in to stop until you can be together safely, thats the tough part at a young age I know, or any age for that matter but it can be done. I dont mean to offend you by my statements my heart just went out to you when I read your post. I have a neice that I love very much and she did get pregnant very young and is carrying on the cycle her mother started by getting pregnant young and not married. I love my sister very much and its been hard watching her struggle through life because of choices she makes. Its a very tough road for a young mother and the child, one that can be prevented until your ready. I was just hoping your recent experience with this pregnancy scare would inspire you to use the info you already know and take the step to protect yourself. Sounds like your kind of alone when it comes to dealing with things I only mean to help. You sound like a wonderful girl and I only wish the best for your future.

Yes and i honestly thank you all for your help and advice. If i didnt want it i wouldnt have posted my little blog i guess its called. idk. but yea. and i am graduating and have a full ride scholarship to college and all so yea. If i am preg which i dont think i am there is just the question always but what if i am? you know? and so the only reason i am doing a test is to test and i work and what not and dont really have a way of getting to any stores. I am on strict watch. its school, home, work home then repeat. it kind of sucks a whole lot. but i am use to it now.
I am honestly not worried IF i am pregnant because i am graduating before the baby would even be born so yea. At least i will be finished with high school. So i could always do college online.
So yea...

..what if you get a test when your at work?
like when you go on a lunch break?
