Has anyone ever taken a power yoga class?

I know of a great 108 Day Power Yoga Program. You can compare it to Insanity, P90X 1 & 2. Think of it as the Power Yoga version of P90X 1 & 2 & Insanity combined! It will completely transform the way you think and feel in your personal life and also in the workplace! I highly recommend entrepreneurs to do this program. It will make you that much more successful and focused!

It is a 12 Disc DVD series with 7 Thematic Power Yoga Classes and 7 Supplemental including meditation, gentle, hardCORE yoga, and Yin (deep stretching).

Let me know what you think! As I was a part of the filming and production of the project! I was brand new to yoga when this was introduced.

Thanks,

Dan

First time I found that power yoga is very strenuous, particularly because I am little overweight. However, when second time I attended the power yoga class, things become easier to me. By the end of the class I felt pleasantly worked out, and as soon as i did concentration on breath exercises in sukhasana even though I find it difficult to maintain due to unstretched hips. In fact it was one of the best meditative experiences I have had for years. After the classes, i feel more powerful and comfortable within my body. I would say that power yoga really is good for health.

This ADD runs in my family. My father had it, but he just died. My elder brother dropped out of high school in 9th grade because everyone thought he was the dumbest kid on the planet. My son has it too and has been on vyvanse and adderall. I was sick lately and needed some ginger which I learned to love as a child, but this is the crystalized ginger (like candy and awfully hot). I too stared out the window, could never pay attention or anything in school, but when my mother introduced me to crystalized ginger, I became an A+ student. I have one year of college and married in 1975 and had to give back 2 full-ride scholarships. I am an A+ student because I learned to love crystalized ginger. Give it a try. Better than caffeine anyday!
