OK, I could lose a couple of pounds, but I'm working on it through healthy eating and exercise.

Over the last couple of years, my erection quality has been dropping. This happens during both sex and masturbation.

Now, I have to pop a viagra to have sex with the wife and I hardly masturbate anymore. I used to do it all the time.

It's frustrating. I've always been a very sexual person and a lot of my identity is wrapped up in my abilities in bed, so It's messing with my head.

I had my testosterone tested and I'm low normal.

So I'm lifting heavy and making increases in muscle and strength, so that makes me think that my T-level isn't too low.

As for the oral and foreplay, surprisingly, my wife really isn't into either. She used to be. That doesn't help matters.

Hey dude, you need to get rid of all the bad health habits and start living a healthy lifestyle. I don't say this lightly, your overall health is shown on the hardness of your penis.

Start by cutting the fat, quitting smoking, eating healthy foods and exercising more regularly. If you are on any kind of medicine, then check to see if it is bad for erectile strength and request a change.

Lastly, you can try taking herbal supplements to improve blood flow and strengthen your erections.

Try natural PE products!
Try natural PE products. I use Firminite and it works really good.

They also give you a full refund if it doesn't.

Hope this helps you! Good luck!
