Semen is not always the color and consistency of glue. Every man has a different chemical make-up and depending on his health the thickness and color of semen can very slightly. Were you feeling ill around this time? Have fever aches or dehydration? If not accept that this could be normal and temporary. Give it about 1 calendar week and if it continues go see a doctor. However don't be afraid until you know something you should be afraid of. like I said changes in color or thickness are normal.

Chlamydia can cause infection in the urethra. The infection could have cause discoloration in your semen. I haven't heard of semen thickness or discoloration being a symptom of the disease however. Is the problem still happenning?
