okay well I have had a problem with breakouts on my face but this seems to be ruining my life. On my nose I get these yellowish bumps they aren't really all that visible till you get up close. they seem to be filled with a watery fluid and i usually pop them and the fluid is like just watery not colored just clear like sweat or water has built up underneth my skin and made a little yellowish pouch on my nose. When I pop it, it leaves loose skin on my nose and the spot becomes sore and red. I didn't pop the last one but it seemed to get bigger so I tried poking a little hole in the pouch but it doesnt seem to drain the fluid as much as completely poping it. I have no idea what to do I don't want these yellow pouch spots on my nose but I don't want red sore spots on my nose please help.
