Am 17 yrs old and i still got that problem , i seen on a forum like 2 years ago that its normal and that it is going to go away after some months but still , its still here but do not hurt like the beginning :S but i wanna have sex before 18 yrs so i want to have a healthy penis.
well in the beginning it was very irritating but after it got okey no discomfort etc . Now after 3 years its quantity increased but its size reduced , its like tiny yellow spot and where it is surrounded by red spots, just as when a mosquito bite you!
