Hi,
I'm just in the latter stages of a sinus infection, still have a bit of a cough, and am experiencing some weird nose discharge. I sometimes get a sudden discharge of dark yellow/orange fluid from my left nostril for no apparent reason. I have noticed it happening more frequently when I am bending over or my head is bowed. It began a few days ago with yellow fluid but has gotten progressively darker since then.

Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? I haven't had any head injuries and am not experiencing any headaches.

Any advice about this would be very much appreciated.
