Yellow discharge after intercourse

Let me first let you know that I had intercourse (unprotected) right after my menstruation, got a little bruised, and then notice the day after that I started having a light color yellow discharge, there is no odor, no itching, but there is a slight discomfort as if am bruised on the inside, I also want to let you know that I suspect that I may have an yeast infection, four days has passed and I am still experiencing the discharge, can you indicate what this discharge might be and how it should be treated.
