I felt bad this morning and then I ate some shady tuna at lunch. Ever since it has been truly horrible. When I have an urge to go, nothing can stop it, and I am in extreme pain when I defecate. My anus feels like it is on fire and when I touch it with anything, even water , it hurts more. The stool is bright yellow diarrhea. What is this?? This is worse than any diarrhea I have ever had in my life. I took some Immodium maybe over an hour ago but it hasnt helped. I do have a history of hemmorhoids so that is probably why I have such pain around my anus. How long will it last??

Is it okay to take prescription painkillers?

--I've had big abdominal pains periodically too. like every 45 minutes i get a bad bad cramp in my abdomen that lasts 10 seconds.

--i am a 19 year old female . and i should add that last night i ate some pepperoni breadsticks that had been sitting out for a few hours. stupid i know but i didnt think it would be this bad!!

--I do not take vitamins or supplements and I am not on any kind of medicine except birth control

risky eating habits?
i think the best thing to do is make sure you hydrate yourself properly, for every 40-50 pounds (20-25KGS) of body weight you need 1 litre of water, if you can get someone to get some unprocessed salts (sea or himalayan) & use these as a sole preparation (disolved in water these salts have 84 minerals in them & will help replace what you are loosing with the diarrhea. The anal pain is just an irritation due to the food causing a chemical reaction within trying to eliminate the toxins that you have injested & the colour is typical of a intestinal flora inbalance as you need to re establish after the diarrhea has subsided. small meals of sweet potatoe or banana as well as apple will help your recovery. study alkalizing diets this will help you steer clear of this happening again!
Good health,
God bless you!

painkillers
the salt & water will help relieve the pain but don't use processed supermarket type salts they are heat treated & we are unable to extract the propper nutrients (if there are any left in them ). If you are on birth control you need to take suppliments, all the B vitamins including folic acid, vit C,vit E,zinc, beta carotene, selenium & iron, birth control over a period of time causes an deficiency of these & an excess of copper & estrogen dysbalance which can affect your thyroid function. A good educational site for the importance of mineral balance is ithyroid.com.
Hope you can make good use of all this info.
God bless!
