My son is 3yrs old. He has not eaten anything for about 24hrs and is very tired and lethargic. He slept for most of the day today. When we got home he didn’t want to move off of the couch and didn’t want to eat anything, he just kept asking for water. I just put him down to bed and I herd him cry out in pain. When I went into his room he had had a very loose bowl movement and said his tummy was hurting a lot. The movement was yellow in colour and was very bubbly. He hasn’t really had a fever and when it was a little high it was only at 100 degrees.

Could this just be a stomach bug?
