Yeast Infection. What helped me.

Hi, I dont often talk about my Yeast Infection but it was a nightmare for me. It really did disrupt my life and my relationship.
I was adviced by my husband to look online for help and advice but none really felt to personal to me, couldn't realate to it.

I never really wanted to go to my doctor so I ended up on forums and blogs and a lot of people pointed me to this - link removed by Admin
