Q: Yeast Infection?

Hi, I'm mike and I'm 22 years of age. I think I have an internal yeast infection. I had what started out to be a very mild itch in my urethra at the base of my penis. Sometimes it felt like a tickle. I was drinking cranberry juice and it went away for a few weeks. It came back again, and I did the same thing, drank cranberry juice and it went away. A few weeks later it turned into a clumpy white discharge and I had a mild burning sensation when I urinated. I realized then I wasn't drinking enough water, wasn't eating properly and so on. I turned this around, and the discharge went away. It was gone for a month or so, but it came back slightly around early December 2008. I got scared and went to the doctor to get tested for STDs and to my credit, I had none. After that, the symptoms of my supposed yeast infection were gone. I wasn't getting any redness or itchness on my penis, no discharge. I really felt fine. This morning I got tiny amount of discharge which makes me think I still have it.
