A couple days ago I noticed that my vagina
extremely itched. At first I thought
nothing of it until I saw this cottage
cheese discharge on the outside and
inside. After researching online I am
pretty sure all of the signs point to a
yeast infection.
So I started trying natural remedies
because I'm trying to hold off going to
the doctors for various reasons. For
example I have tried my best to strictly
cut sugar out of my diet except for the
bit that is in yogurt. I've been eating A
LOT of green vegetables, also on the side
I've eaten meat, fish, and garlic. And
only lots and lots of water.
So I've noticed that now I only itch
during the night for some odd reason. And
the discharge has completely left the
outside of the vagina but there are still
some in the inside. Lately though it seems
that its being flushed out? Cause it keeps
coming out when I either pee, wipe, or
even just randomly. So it's starting to
look normal again except I think its still
a little red and swollen...
And I'm expecting my period in a few days
so I'm hoping that will help flush it
out?
Basically I'm just wondering if it seems
that the infection is going away or if it
has moved on to something more serious?

Continue to drink a lot of water and eat
yogurt. Also, you can buy Monistat at
Wal-Mart which is great for a yeast
infection. If none of these things help,
you may need to seek medical attention.
If it is an infection, the only thing that
will clear if up is medication - try the
Monistat!

Boric Acid is my natural remedy of choice.
Pick up some empty vegan 200-600 mg
capsules (make sure it's vegan because you
don't need any more sugar feeding the
yeast) and fill them with the boric acid,
and insert 2-3 times a day. I promise,
your infection will be gone in no time.
