I've heard eating yogurt helps and cutting down on sugar.
Any type of scented toilet paper, soaps, bubblebaths, or anything else that comes in contact with your vagina can irritate it.

Dry off well after showers or swimming and wear cotton underwear.

Eh, yeah.

If you're in a swim suit for a long period of time then you've got a good chance of getting a yeast infection because its really moist. (Lifeguard, right here!)

When you're done swimming, change out of your suit! And I'd probably just get a new suit if you've been in one WHILE having a yeast infection
