A couple years? How did you handle all that awful itching?

Your doctor should be able to tell you if there was substancial scarring and if conception could be an issue

**Wear cotton underwear (no nylon). Double-rinse your underwear when you launder it.
**Don't wear pantyhose or nylon underwear.
**Wear breathable fabrics, such as cotton, and don't wear tight jeans.
**Use unscented, white toilet paper.
**Wear long skirts or nightgowns and home with no underwear (to let yourself air out).
**Wear a nightgown or night shirt to bed, with no underwear.
**Don't use body wash or other scented soaps and bath gels -- use unscented glycerin soap when you shower.
**Take a bath a few times per week with plain warm water, with no bath oil, bath salts, bubble baths.
**Don't douche or use other feminine sprays, etc.
**Eat a cup of yogurt every day that says it has "active yogurt cultures" on the label (such as Stonybrook Farms or Dannon).
**Limit your sugar intake.
**Make sure you keep all your prenatal appointments and get regular exercise to make sure you don't get gestational diabetes, which predisposes you to yeast infections.

Jhon, I DO all of those things you mentioned and I STILL have a yeast infection. I'm so frustrated! Its a good thing I have medical insurance! Yeast is not my friend glance
