Hi,

I have been trying for 2 years to have a baby and suffer from severe period pains. I was referred to a infertility specialist who has told me everything is fine and my husbands results came back as being slight, very slightly low but nothing to worry about. We both have vitamin D difficiency and nothing else. I bought pregnacare conception tablets which me and my husband are taking and usually have intercourse every two days.

Is there any advice you can give as I have had all the tests in the world and am in the correct range of BMI as I am not overweight. I even look after my diet and drink plenty of water. we dont smoke, drink eat sugary things? People say that you should conceive in the first year of trying as I am 24 and husband is 26 but nothing has happened yet and it is making me very depressed.

Please Advise.

thank you,
Amina

I think, you must try for the herbal treatment via caster and other essential oils. Sometimes it is beneficial in infertility.

when you say herbal treatment? What does that entail? I am on vitamins at the moment and am about to buy Ovulation Predictor kits to time it correctly. I was desperate to have children, and still am. My previous GP told me I had PCOS so I asked to take clomid and did not stop bleeding for 1 month. It was then realised that I did not have polycystic ovaries but had an infection. I have had a rollercoaster of a time with this and now want something that will just work for me. thank you for the info and please let me know in detail so I can start. Regards

Hi !
You have to check very good if you have any infections wich is stooping you from conceiving I mean a culture of the discharge will not be bad .
The most fertile days are when your discharge is like White egg (transparent) but everybody its different.Try to find some good vitamine e (500cu a day oil form and folic Acid take them before bad time (vitamine E keep your uterus healthy and increase libido and Folic acid helps with the ovulation

P.S
My Family mens all eat Honey and Nuts mixed, every morning 2-3 spoons and they all are Healthy, I mean on this problems.

GOOD LUCK sunny

Hi I am 6mts trying for my Third baby and having no success even having sex every second nite for the two weeks around ovulation, I was lucky enough to get pregnant with first two babies within 2 months, I have recently had my gal bladder removed and am wondering if this has causes an upset to my cycle even though I am ovulating and use opk's to pin point the exact day, i also went for an ultra sound and they could only find my right ovary(which was fine) which is also making me think I will never have a third baby. My cycle is normally 25 days but every second or third month it can go to 27 or even 31, these i think are the months that I am willing my body to be pregnant and that is why I am late not that I am actually pregnant.
I did a test this morning on day 27 but it was negative, hate this waiting game every month but gland I am not alone

No need to worry Amina as you are still young couple. You are 24 and your husband is 26. In many cases with out having any infertility problems also couple is unable to conceive. As you are consulted a doctor soon you may get a good news.
