Q: 3 years relapse

I use to be a self harmer and over the past few days I broke my 3 years on sunday night. I scratched the back of my left hand and now it s killing me. I have also began to pick the scabs of. I dont really want to go back to the way I used to be. I used to use everything I could put my hands on. I really need help.
I dont want to get an infection.
But it kills
