Q: Years on pill ?

I have been on the pill (no breaks) since I was 15 and I am now 30, it suits me well and I really don't want to come off it, but of course I do have little niggles in my head that I have been on it a very long time, is there a limit of years you can be on it? Has anyone on here been on it longer than me? I don't smoke which I know can cause risks.
