How is this even possible? I didn't even know men could have cellulite, yet alone someone 20 years old. I'm not even overweight (181cm/72-73kg) so there are not many kilos to get rid off.

The past 9 months I haven't really done anything but sit in front of the computer, 12h a day. No exercise, hardly even walking. Maybe I'm the freak that proves that sitting around actually does cause cellulite? Honestly what are the percentages for someone this young and male to have it? Probably ridiculously low. It's really killing my self-esteem, thinking I have to deal with this embarrassing thing for the rest of my life now. I don't look like Brad Pitt in other parts, so having an ass of a 40 year old woman really hurts me.

I'm going to start working out and running. I would love to lose some kilos to have great looking abs, but now my main thing is to get rid of all the extra fat in my ass and build some muscle there. I've learned to be pessimistic with these kind of things, it probably won't help. I though my acne would disappear after my teens but obviously that was not the case. It's still there and I bet it will never go away unless I visit a doctor and get strong medicine.

In short, what the hell is this? I must be the only 20 year old male with cellulite. I would much rather be fat, at least then I could be sure that the extra weight will disappear when I start working out.

I have it to, I am a man so you are not a lone. I got it from taking meds I have been off the meds for two years and I still can't get rid of it. Dont let it affect your life as a woman or man should like you for who you are. All the best Philip

The electro magnetic radiation from the computer is not good for you. It affects your body - especially the brain.

Ideally you should not be in front of the computer for more than 3 hours per week in my opinion.
