Hi there, thank you for posting your question. My area of expertise is in human sexual dysfunction. I hope I can be of some small help to you.

Erectile dysfunction is easy to cure but herbs or supplements have nothing at all to offer. They are not the answer.

I recommend Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris, Zinc and Magnesium. These are all available online, and you can get them in a powder or capsule form. You can get them all in capsule called Spartan Blend.

L-Arginine: Increases nitric oxide production, which relaxes smooth muscle surrounding blood vessels, and increases blood flow to the penis.

Horny Goat Weed: Inhibits the PDE5 enzyme (which destroys nitric oxide). Similar result to L-Arginine.

Tribulus: Increases leutenizing Hormone (LH), which is the hormone that is responsible for telling your body to produce testosterone.

Zinc: Zinc and Magnesium deficiencies have been associated with low levels of testosterone. Supplementation has been shown to increase levels back to normal. Additionally, Zinc is present is many other chemical processes in the body, so it is very important to make sure that you zinc intake is sufficient.

Well first off, Do you have any KNOWN reasons to why this is happening?

Such as medications....Drugs like Propecia can cause Erectile Dysfunction and lower libido.

If you have any possible conclusions let me know....Other then that, yes I know something that will help you tremendously. The answer to your problems is steroids. Yes, anabolic steroids. I really hope you are not biased toward steroids like many other people are because they really are great drugs when taken safely and properly.

We're men and testosterone is what makes us more manly and really drives our sexual functions...And when you add even more testosterone you are like a sex machine. I have taken steroids many times in my life and I can tell you nothing will make you more hornier then taking some test. Not to mention, you look better, feel better, very high sexual drive, and an over all sense of well being...

I told my father instead of taking viagra to get a script for testosterone(He is 61). He says he feels like he is 25 years old again ha ha. And it's a natural feeling, not JUST A PILL that makes you hard...Let me know if you have any questions and I'll try to help you out as best I can.

hi,

I'm your age and same situation Neutral

I'm trying arginine and pycnogenol, but just started 2 days ago and no improvement so far.
I'm taking 3g arginine and 80mg pycnogenol, as suggested by a book on ED I'm reading.

I started a thread to see if anybody could share his experience, hope someone does.

good luck!

To be honest with you bro, that supplement thing isn't going to cut it man..That will not work that whole herbal remedy thing. We're talking about hormones here. The hormones which function your sexuality. Taking some herbal supplement is only going to do 2 things, waste your time and money. I'm telling you man, if you ever want to see your sex drive again start a cycle of testosterone and boost some REAL HORMONES which will effect your body sexually. And we're not just talking get your penis hard, we're talking mentally too. You will crave sex and you will get hard....I guarantee you nothing will work better

bdiz, actually the thing is working!

today I had a full morning erection, first in many, many months.

what you're saying is right, arginine, etc. may not (I'm not sure) improve your sex drive.

however (from what I've read which is a lot), 90% of the times ED comes from poor circulation, and arginine plus anti-oxidant does improves your circulation a great deal, by producing nitric oxide, which can dilate your vessels allowing more blood to go through (in your penis, also).

I took 5g arginine + pycnogenol for 3 days and I'm experiencing a HUGE improvement.

if your ED comes from poor circulation - and if you smoke, are fat, never exercise you prolly have that - arginine is great.

if it's hormone imbalance ok, but most of the time it won't be.

Horny Goat Weed is a good supplement too. I've had success with it. It basically stops your body from destroying nitric oxide. Its best to take in combination with Arginine- check out Spartan Blend.

You can also try increasing your dopamine levels. Dopamine is the chemical/hormone that is responsible for the pleasure/reward pathway in your body. It is responsible for addictions too. People who are addicted to caffeine, nicotine, amphetamines, etc, take these drugs to return their dopamine levels back to normal. Long term smokers always say they need to smoke just to feel normal, that's dopamine. Wellbutrin, a anti-smoking medication, will return dopamine levels back to normal, helping people quit smoking. A side effect of this medication is increased libido, due to an increase in dopamine. ED is caused by a number of things but mainly poor cardiovascular health, low testosterone, and low dopamine levels.
