Hello! I have a 5 year old boy who, for the past week and a bit, has had almost woken nightly with night-sweats (head soaked, change the pj's wet) - he had a headache one day and has been sleeping a bit (1 hour) more per night than normal. We were at the Dr. last week (after 5 days of this) and his glands were a little swollen so we were told it was a viral infection - lots of liquid & rest. Back to the doc for a check-up - glands were good!
We were good for 2 nights, but it's started again tonight - and he just vomited, now, too... still no fever.
Smidge of history: we just moved provinces (a month ago) and he's going back to school (he was in JK last year and loved it - he's looking forward to it this year, too - so no anxiety). He was a preemie - born at 32 weeks - don't think that really matters, but just thought I'd throw that in there! Surprised)
Any ideas?
THANK YOU!!!
~Kristen

Same Problems Here
Hi Kristen,
Did you ever get a diagnosis of your son's condition? I have just come across your post on a search, my husband currently has the same conditions and I'm not sure what to do, going to take him to the doctor again today but we're only sleeping a couple of hours a night because he keeps sweating through everything... thought he was better a couple of days and then it just came roaring back and now he's stomach sick too.
Hope you're son is much better!
Thanks,

Linda
