Q: 2 year old son vomiting

On Tuesday evening my two year old son had a feever of 102* it was normal as long as we kept tylenol and childrens motrin in him by wendesday evening he was better the fever was gone. on friday he vomited 2 times. My question is are they related is he having a heat stroke or what else could this mean?

Anything is ossible with children..He ocxuld have a stomach virus, earache, or even be cutting a tooth..If he is outside too long the ehat could make him sick..Watch him and if he gets restless and fever again call his Pediatrician..Keep fluids in him and use ice pops to help break fever..
