13 year old with shortness of breath, fast hartbeat, low blood pressure,temp of 103, vomiting, diarrhea and nose bleeds. his temp had went down to normal, the vomiting has stoped, the nose bleeds happend twice, the diarrhea has presited,temp back to 103 and bloopressure 80/37>>>been going on since last sat.6/11/11
