I am sorry to hear that. It is quite possible to experience orgasm through stimulation in other places. Your clitoris is a massive organ that goes deep inside your body. Through a process of self discovery, you should be able to figure out what makes you feel good. You will have to spend a lot of time exploring your own body. Take your time, rub softly and harder, for a short period of time and longer.get yourself in a super erotic state. Make sure you are well lubricated. It may take a while to discover what makes you orgasm.

Researchers found that even paraplegic woman will develop sexual response to touch at different places. Remember that your whole body can be sensitive to sexual touch when you are very aroused. Your legs, thight, breasts, neck, ears, labia, anus, and other parts. It is even possible to think yourself to orgasm. Read up on tantric sex to see how much your thought processes contribute to sexual enjoyment.

You can also try a powerful electric massager to see if powerful vibrations can do it for you.

Best of luck.
