Hi, could you tell me if you need to give the same dose of Baclofen each dosage time to maintain a build up in the system, as on a relaxed day we give him a reduced dose (3.5mls) but then the day after he's stiff and agitated, distressed & does'nt sleep all night so we give him (5.5mls) could the reduced Baclofen dose be the reason why?? as he seems to have alternate good and bad days. And we currently give him it twice a day with a 8hr interval, should it be given 3x a day,

Is your son on intrathecal therapy with Baclofen?

Dosage is, usually, based on the medical condition and response to therapy, and the full benefit from the therapy is expected to be seen after 1-2 months or longer since the beginning of treatment.
