10 year old bruses really easy

My ten year old always use to have bruses and this bruses would come out of no where my husband always said because his a boy but trust me they don't look normal to me.well now his play football and his bruses look like somebody bet him up. I knew he was going to get hurt and some way because who this spor is but this bruses when i saw them tonight it make me cry because they hurt him so bad. should i just take him in tomorrow? please reply im a mother of four kids and i have never seen something like this
