hey, yeah i am 16, boy. alright on my penis ive got all these tiny little white lumps all over my penis. generally at the base of it though. im thinking it might have something to do with hygiene, but not completely sure. ive also got a small lump on my right testicle. ive had sex once, but she didn't have any diseases.would you be able to give me some idea of what i might have or what i need to do to get rid of it?
