Action Plan
Hun first things first you say you MIGHT be pregnant, get a test and find out if you are first before you start worrying and telling people, Secondly if you are positive take another! Thirdly, positive again then sit alone think through what you want to say and what you parents might say back to you, so you are prepared to handle what they throw at you. Forthly, make sure your parents are in a calm mood, you can't tell them if they are ranting and raving about something or are busy. And lastly, sit down stay calm don't rise to anything they say just keep your tone calm and low. If they go off on a rant leave them to calm down before you carry on. Answer all their questions! Hope this helps Smile Take Care x

You should tell your mom right away. She loves you and wants to take care of you. You are too young to have a safe pregnancy. Please get medical help.

I'm not trying to be rude, but 12 years old is WAY too young to have a baby. My sister is 15 & pregnant and I think she's too young also. First thing you need to do is remember when your last period was (assuming you have had a period before, RIGHT?), because if you have never had a period you can't get pregnant. You probably know that already, but some young girls don't. Second thing, is your period late? Third, if your period is indeed late, go get 3 or 4 pregnancy tests just to be sure. IF you are preg, think about adoption or something because at 12 you can't take care of a baby (money wise). Taking care of a baby is alot of work, especially if you are a baby yourself. Hope this helps! Good luck with everything!

I'm so sorry :(
I remember when i was pregnant, i was 13 =( now i have a 2 year old daughter named Leah and I'm due to have my twins in 4 months! I'm very excited. First off, Let me tell you babies are a HUGE responsibility but the love you can provide to them, is amazing. If you are pregnant and decide to keep the baby, you will understand what I'm talking about. I know its hard to tell your parents, but its a must, I didn't tell mine until they noticed i was beginning to get a baby bump and they asked me "Hayley, why is your belly sticking out...you used to be so flat..." and i blurted out "I'm pregnant." the hardest part was me, having an eating disorder, eating normally to keep my baby healthy during the pregnancy and breast feeding. Now, I've gained back 20 lbs so im 110 lbs and im 5'9, but im still trying to gain back weight just so i can keep my babies healthy. Good luck Hun and I'm sure you'll make a beautiful , wonderful mom. Message me if you need to talk or anything.

wow babiibee217 taking on 3 kids when your not even old enough to get a decent job and in school is a huge amount of responsibility. I hope that you have sincerly thought this out, having babys is a wonderful thing but at your age how hard is it on you? financially, emotionally, physically, and socially?? Do you have a plan of how your going to take care of 3 young lives at 15? It seems that if you have an eating disorder you should be spending more time focusing on yourself and making yourself well and less time making babies.Good luck with everything, anyone with 3 kids would need that.--- kyra

That's a lot of responsibility being forced onto those grandparents.

hunters_mommy a female CAN get pregnant if she hasnt had a period yet..if she has unprotected sex the 1st time she ovulates she can get pregnant, the chance of that happening are low, but its not impossible

I am 14 and i was raped and got pregnant. trust me Young mommy111, you do not want to be pregnant. my mom has told me shes not going to support me,and my dad has been dead for years, so he cannot help out. My mom told me at the beginning that if i did not get an abortion she would disown me. trust me, you do not want to be pregnant at this age. I did not plan this and everyone is angry at me.

Are you kidding me ? who's going to look after the baby while your at school and how are you going to be able to afford childcare ? How are you able to financially support a baby ? Your not even old enough to get a job to be able to buy even the necessities like food, clothes and pampers, not to mention tons of other things needed for a baby.

I have just turned thirteen and I am pretty sure that I am pregnant. It has been 73 days (a little over two months) since I last had my period. I have been having morning sickness real bad since around the time of my first missed period. My stomach has gotten bigger and so have my breasts. I have those little white spots on my nipples already. And I have had those short like periods that are lighter and do not last but about three days but it isn't even blood to fill up the pad. I have also been having really bad headaches about every day and my back has been hurting me really bad. At first I didn't have much of an appetite but now I have gotten it back and I want to eat a lot but I try to eat healthy foods while I am unsure of my pregnancy. And another thing is that I have been really gassy lately. (very unusual for me) and I have to go and pee about every hour. And I can't sleep good at nights but that may bbe because of my chronic insomnia. I really need some advice. I'm scared as heck that I am pregnant. I really want to take the test to see but I can't get one without my parents finding out. Any ideas of how I can get my hands on a couple of pregnancy tests without my parents finding out but without do anything wrong? I need all the help I can get so will somebody please respond soon?

If you don't care what anyone thinks, don't bother posting here, because you WILL get negative responses. This is a Teen Pregnancy support forum, not a Teen pregnancy advocacy forum. In other words, we support those who are already pregnant and NOT trying to do so on purpose, not supporting a teen's desire to become pregnant.
